  Download the application form to apply for your NUS Extra card for 2008/09. Make sure you read the terms and conditions at the bottom of the page and follow the instructions in order to get your card as quickly as possible. Don't forget to include verification of your student status and include your payment of £10. (Cheques should be made payable to NUS)
