Year 7 Settling in Evening
Wednesday 5th October, 6:30pm

This will be an informal evening and its main purpose will be to give you time to meet with your child's tutor to discuss the first few weeks of term.

The evening will begin at 6:30pm with a short presentation from the Head of Year and then you will meet your child's tutor, as part of a group, in their tutor room.

Refreshments will be available in the Concourse and if you wish to speak individually to your child's tutor you can do so at the end of the evening.

Open Evening
Thursday 22nd September 2011, 18:30 – 20:30

The Open Evening on Thursday 22 September will include an address by our Principal Mrs. Helen Salmon at 18:30 and 19:15 in the Hall (see map). Guided tours of the College will depart from the Concourse between 18:30 and 19:30 when you and your child will be able to visit all departments to talk with teachers, view students’ work and get involved in interactive learning activities. Maps will be available in Reception if you prefer to tour the College independently. Senior Teachers will be in the Reception and Concourse area to answer questions. There will also be refreshments in the Concourse area and the Open Evening will end at 20:30.

Open Mornings

We would ask you not to arrive before 08:55 or 09:25 and to make your way to the Hall (see map). Please be aware that parking at the College is limited. Each session will last for between an hour and an hour and a half. During your visit you will be given a guided tour by students and senior members of staff when you will be able to see the College in action. This will be followed by a question and answer session with Principal Mrs. Salmon in the Hall.

A warm welcome is extended to the whole community and in particular to children in Year 5 and their parents
