Headstart is an after-school study facility located in the College Library, supporting students with their homework, coursework and research by providing:
All students are welcome.
A consent form will need to be signed by parents/guardians. Additional forms are available from student reception and the Library. Consent forms should be handed in to the Librarian.
On HEADSTART evenings, students need to sign in and out. Refreshments will be available free of charge during the sessions. Students staying at College for extra curricular activities who wish to come to Headstart for the latter part of the session are also welcome but a consent form for attendance will be needed.
The facilities will be available from 3:20 – 5:00pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Late buses will run on days to coincide with ‘Headstart’ dates, please refer to the Late Bus Timetable for dates and routes.
Late buses will run at 5:15pm. Bus Passes for the late buses will be issued at each session of Headstart, signed and dated by staff. Passes MUST be handed to the bus drivers for each journey.
